How Bridges of Hope ImpactsOUR CHURCHOur Mission:
Ultimately, Bridges of Hope is not about building a building, but building people. We need this building for our children, for our church
family, and for our community. People need a place to be loved and accepted for who they are as they experience the life-changing message
of Christ. It is a critical time in Ridgeland's history, because God is calling us to respond to our mission and reach more people with His
love.Environments:This is a new buzz word that we are using around Ridgeland. At Ridgeland we are creating environments where individuals are free to experience God in ways that are relevant to their lives. We desire for every ministry environment to be clean, neat, spacious, warm, and inviting. Because our facilities have "aged well," we are in need of some updates to enhance our environment.Greater Space:Church growth experts have determined that a congregation cannot grow beyond 80% of its facility capacity. This includes parking and worship center seating. We have hit the "lid" for several years now, and the statistic is holding true. We are no longer content limiting our sphere of impact in our community. Over the past several months we have been flooded with new visitors attending our programs. They have offered us very favorable comments about their experiences at Ridgeland. We want many more individuals to experience the same love and acceptance that others have felt and create the space they need to feel comfortable. |
